Welcome to the Teesside Kung Fu Association website – your online resource for information about Kung Fu, the Lau Gar style, and Lau Gar classes in Teesside and the surrounding area.

Lau Gar Kuen is a sophisticated and fascinating martial art that is both intense and elegant. With its rigorous hand and body conditioning, empty hand forms, two person drills, traditional weapons fighting and self-defence techniques.

Lau Gar has something to suit everybody, good health, fitness or just plain self-defence.

There are a number of clubs located in the United Kingdom. This site is dedicated to one of these clubs, based in Stockton-on-Tees, and has been personally endorsed by Master Yau, whose teachings and methods are passed on in the club by Keith Thomas and his Black Sash assistants.
