Description
2011 Summer Course in Llandudno North Wales marks the 35th Anniversary of Lau Gar Summer Courses. This year a short form was taught along with various applications of the form. Also on the DVD are walking techniques, kicking routines, a yoga warm down followed by meditation practice.
