Use for old injuries, this soak contains warming herbs to greatly increase circulation and reduce pain, use only when there isn’t any inflammation in the area of the injury. place the herbs in a large pan with plenty of water (if its a hand or foot then enough to cover the wrist or ankle) soak the herbs for 20mins and then bring to the boil and simmer for 20mins when cooled soak injury for 20mins twice a day for 10 days re heat every day no need to re-boil. For external use only.
